Contest Rules
OFFICIAL RULES:
New members, welcome to the group!
Outdoor Outlaws Co. is a private group that offers promotional giveaways.
Started March 19 2020; we have over 4600 amazing members. We are all about having fun.
KNOW THE RULES:
Must be age of majority in his or her Province and a legal resident of Canada.
( Excluding Residents of Quebec )
1st off! Understand that your consent may be withdrawn at anytime.
All purchases are entered in the order which they are received. You MUST pick your own number. No asking Admin to pick random numbers for you. No editing numbers in a previous pick. Replies to comments cannot be excepted. All comments must come from the main comment option.
MAKE SURE! your name is confirmed on your spot selection before sending payment.
( STEP 1 ) HOW IT WORKS
Admin will post a description of a item along with a photograph of the item as well.
At the bottom of the description there will be a row of numbers.
( STEP 2 ) PICKING A SPOT
Please know that your Consent may be withdrawn at anytime.
Simply comment the number or spot you would like. Each spot is worth X amount of dollars which is posted above the row of numbers.
ex: 40 decals available @ 15$ea.
By commenting a spot for the promotional giveaway item indicating that you would like to purchase a decal. By purchasing a decal, you will automatically be entered in the promotional giveaway at no extra cost. You can purchase as many decals as you like.
( STEP 3 ) PROMOTION FULL
Once all the spots are full, admin will edit the post and mark it as “ full! “ along with a cut-off time indicating when all decal purchase transfers are due. This will appear on the very top left side of the post. Admin will also comment on the post as well. By commenting on the post, everyone involved will get a notification.
If a transfer is not in by the cut-off time, the person in that spot will be removed.
( STEP 4 ) LIVE GIVEAWAY
After all the e-transfers have come in, Admin will then post a time when the live draw for the promotional giveaway will be. The winning spot will be determined by random. Org the random winner will be asked to answer a skill testing question.
( STEP 5 ) THE WINNER
After the live draw the winner will be contacted by Facebook messenger. Admin will also comment the winner on the bottom of the post. There will also be a new post put up congratulating the winners.
WHAT IS A MINI
A mini is sometimes put up to help fill spots in a post that is taking to long to fill. The mini will be at a reduced price. The bonus with a mini, gives the winner a chance to win all the remaining spots left in the main draw..
MEGA MINI
A mega mini is basically the same as a mini but will have two or more main posts involved at a reduced price. The winner or winners will win multiple spots in multiple posts.
ABOUT PAYMENT
All payment for decal purchases are sent Via e-transfer to: aj.holtom@gmail.com Please include the spot your name is confirmed on.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:
In order to claim a spot, without purchasing a decal, you must under the legal act of the “ no purchase necessary rule “ in your own hand writing, print your full name, current address along with your email address; a request to purchase (1) entry into the contest. Must have a hand written essay no less than 1050 words on your favourite outdoor experience and 6 photographs of this experience. When completed, send Admin an email, requesting a address to mail your completed request.
I encourage new members to follow along and watch how it work. Feel free to navigate around a post and see how others comment. Admin is always communicating with everyone. Everything is up front for everyone to see and draws are always live for everyone to watch.
